With over 24 years of experience in the public accounting field, his specialty is taxation with a focus on tax planning for business entities and individuals.

JAMIE N. CLINE, CPA
Certified Public Accountant
Senior Manager
Jamie Cline, CPA, was born and raised in Fresno CA. She attended Bullard High School and California State University, Fresno. Her major at CSUF was business administration with a concentration of accountancy.
After graduating, she worked as a staff accountant at Barbich, Hooper, King, Dill & Hoffman, CPAs in San Luis Obispo, CA. She received her CPA’s license in 1996. With her husband, she moved to Portland, OR for one year and worked as a corporate accountant in the auto industry. Upon returning to Fresno in 1999, she worked for Blohm and Company, CPA.
In 2017 she joined the Paul C Chen Accompany Corporation as a Senior Manager. Jamie’s practice areas include financial statements, taxation and business consultation.
She’s married to Brent Cline, a Structural Engineer in Clovis, CA, together they have 3 children and 3 dogs. Jamie enjoys cooking, traveling and camping. In her youth, she was an accomplished ballerina. Nowadays, she practices Pilates and recently picked up golf.

KRISTIN N. BESHEARS, CPA

A native of Clovis, Kristin graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fresno in 2011.
She started her career at Paul C. Chen Accountancy Corporation as a student intern and is now a full-time CPA.
Her hobbies include writing, playing with Excel, and spending time with family, friends, and furballs.

Debby has been part of our team since February 2016, bringing her diverse skills in the administrative and managerial areas of the accounting field.
Her passion is spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys music, Netflix, and vacations at the beach.

JESSICA S. SURABIAN, MSA
Tax Supervisor
Jessica was born and raised in Fresno and is a proud graduate of San Joaquin Memorial High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accountancy from Fresno State, where she was a member of the Smittcamp Family Honors College.
Jessica has worked for PCCAC since September of 2013 and completed her Master of Science in Accountancy through Sacramento State’s on-line MSA program in June of 2020. She began working part-time as an adjunct instructor at Reedley College in the fall of 2022, finally putting her seven years of academic tutoring to good use.
Family, friends, good health, and faith are of utmost importance to her.

KAOHLI MOUA
Staff Accountant; Payroll and Bookkeeping Supervisor
Kaohli graduated Redwood High School in 2014 from Visalia, CA. Kaohli continue her education at California State University, Fresno and attained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, in May 2018.
She joined us in August 2017 as an Intern and became a Staff Accountant in January 2018.
Kaohli enjoys watching movies, doing outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.

WINTER LEE
Staff Accountant
Winter joined our team in August 2019 as an intern and became a Staff Accountant in January 2021.
She was raised in Sanger and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from CSU Fresno in December 2020.
She enjoys spending time with family, going on walks with her dog, gardening, and cooking new meals in her free time.

MARITSA VILLEGAS

She was raised in the Huron, CA (The Heart of the Valley). As a proud first-generation college student, she received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from West Hills College Lemoore and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Fresno State.
Maritsa joined our team in July of 2020 as an intern and became staff accountant in January 2021.

Sara is a central valley native who received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accountancy from California State University, Fresno in May of 2021.
Shortly upon graduation she joined our team as an intern and became a staff accountant at the start of 2022.

HANNAH VILANO
Staff Accountant
Hannah from a small town in Delano, CA where she graduated from Cesar E. Chavez High School in 2016. Her fondest teenage memories were playing guitar and bass for marching band, jazz band, and indoor percussion.
Hannah continued her education at California State University, Fresno and earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting in May 2022.
She interned with us in July 2022 and shortly after, became our full-time Staff Accountant in August 2022.
Hannah enjoys listening to music, reading books, editing pictures/videos, and making memories with her friends and family!

Accounting Intern
Anh is a senior student in accounting at Fresno State. She came to the USA as a F1-visa student from Vietnam in 2019. She is interested in working with numbers, and decided to pursue a career in accounting. She would be the first generation to receive a college degree in her family.
Her hobbies are traveling and listening to music.

Fanny was raised in Mendota and graduated from Mendota High School in 2019.She continued her education at West Hills NDC and got a AS-T in Criminal Justice and Business Administration. She is now a senior in Fresno State pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. She is a first-generation college student.
Fanny started her internship with PCCAC in the summer of 2022.
She enjoys listening to music, roller skating , and spending time with her friends and family.

Born in Clovis and raised in Reedley, CA. Roberto graduated from Reedley High School in 2018. He pursued his higher education at Fresno City College, from where he would transfer to Fresno State in 2020. Roberto has maintained a 4.0 through all years of higher education and he expects to graduate summa cum laude in the Spring of 2023.

MELISSA BALERO

Melissa received an Associate Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting in 2015.
She assisted our office in Spring 2015 for the tax season. Melissa re-joined our team in January 2019.
Melissa enjoys jigsaw puzzles (must be over 1000 pieces), listening and singing to music, and spending time with friends, family, and her spoiled dog.
