Josefina was raised in Fresno, CA. She joined Paul C. Chen Accountancy in October 2023 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Office Manager in 2024.
She oversees daily operations and manages a team of administrative staff, bringing over 10 years of experience in administration. Josefina is appreciative of the opportunity to thrive and streamline operations in her role.
Outside of work, Josefina enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and being part of a marriage ministry at her community church.
