Originally from Taipei, Paul graduated from California State University, Fresno and became a Certified Public Accountant.

With over 24 years of experience in the public accounting field, his specialty is taxation with a focus on tax planning for business entities and individuals.

He enjoys culinary, fine wine, Zumba, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.

JAMIE N. CLINE, CPA

Senior Manager

Jamie Cline, CPA, was born and raised in Fresno CA. She attended Bullard High School and California State University, Fresno. Her major at CSUF was business administration with a concentration of accountancy.

After graduating, she worked as a staff accountant at Barbich, Hooper, King, Dill & Hoffman, CPAs in San Luis Obispo, CA. She received her CPA license in 1996. With her husband, she moved to Portland, OR for one year and worked as a corporate accountant in the auto industry. Upon returning to Fresno in 1999, she worked for Blohm and Company, CPA.

In 2017, she joined Paul C. Chen Accompany Corporation as a Senior Manager.  Jamie’s practice areas include financial statements, taxation, and business consultation.

She’s married to Brent Cline, a structural engineer in Clovis, CA; together, they have 3 children and 3 dogs. Jamie enjoys cooking, traveling, and camping. In her youth, she was an accomplished ballerina. Nowadays, she practices Pilates and recently picked up golf.

KRISTIN N. BESHEARS, CPA

Manager

A native of Clovis, Kristin graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fresno in 2011.

She started her career at Paul C. Chen Accountancy Corporation as a student intern and is now a full-time CPA.

Her hobbies include writing, playing with Excel, and spending time with family, friends, and furballs.

JESSICA S. SURABIAN, MSA

Tax Supervisor

Jessica was born and raised in Fresno and is a proud graduate of San Joaquin Memorial High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accountancy from Fresno State, where she was a member of the Smittcamp Family Honors College.

Jessica has worked for PCCAC since September of 2013. She completed her Master of Science in Accountancy through Sacramento State’s on-line MSA program in June of 2020. Finally putting her seven years of academic tutoring to good use, Jessica also began working part-time with the State Center Community College District in fall of 2022.

Family, friends, good health, and faith are of utmost importance to her.

KAOHLI MOUA

Payroll / Bookkeeping Supervisor

Kaohli graduated Redwood High School in 2014 from Visalia, CA. Kaohli continue her education at California State University, Fresno and attained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, in May 2018.

She joined us in August 2017 as an Intern and became a Staff Accountant in January 2018.

Kaohli enjoys watching movies, doing outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.

Graduate Woodlake HS in 2017 & UC Santa Cruz in 2021. Started my career in Visalia, moved to Fresno two years ago, and am on track to earn my CPA within the next year.

Yasmin was born and raised in Reedley, CA. She received her Associates Degree in Agriculture Business in 2021 from Reedley College. Afterwards, she attended Fresno State and graduated in May 2024 with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She joined Paul C Chen Accountancy Corporation in January 2024 as a junior staff accountant. Yasmin enjoys painting, playing volleyball, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
